Facing The Future in Uncertain Times
FY 2009 was, by any measure a difficult and challenging year for Rural Maryland Council and other state agencies, but it was also a successful year in which we focused our energies and limited resources on building networks, establishing new partnerships, and collaborating with old friends on a variety of rural-serving projects. We will continue that networking and resource pooling into FY 2010 and beyond so that together we will all be stronger than we are individually.
