Grant Programs of the Rural Maryland Council

The Rural Maryland Council’s grant programs distribute funds exclusively to rural-serving
organizations. Those grant programs are:
Maryland Agricultural Education & Rural Development Assistance Fund (pages 3-5)
Strengthening the Well-Being of Rural Maryland Families (pages 6-7)
The Rural Maryland Prosperity Investment Fund (page 8)
The RMC distributed $352,000 in grants during FY 2008.
