In honor of National Rural Health Day on November 20, 2025, the Rural Maryland Council will host a Health-Focused Bus Tour showcasing innovative approaches to improving health and wellness in rural communities. The Rural Maryland Council (RMC) hosts the biennial Rural Summit to highlight the achievements and progress of the State's rural communities. This one-day conference will cover topics on Agriculture, Aquaculture, Forestry, Community Development, Workforce and Economic Development, and Health Care.
