Taskforce for Rural Broadband October 26, 2017 Meeting

The Taskforce for Rural Broadband met Thursday, October 26, 2017 at the Frederick County Government Office, Winchester Hall, in Fredrick, MD. Guest speakers included Mark E. Ripper, President of Maryland Association of County Information Technology Officers and Director, Department of Technology Services, Carroll County; Norman Farley, Statewide Interoperable Communications, Maryland Department of Information Technology; Cindy Stone, Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development; Nelson Smith, Statewide Utility Engineer, State Highway Administration; and, Darien Manely, Chief of State Highway Administration Communications Division.
