Maryland Pathway to Homeownership in Garrett County

The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development announced a new initiative created in partnership with Garrett County called the Maryland Pathway to Homeownership in Garrett County program. Through enhanced down payment assistance of up to $15,000 as well as a lower interest rate, the Pathway program is designed to make the process of buying a home easier and more affordable to prospective homebuyers in the county.
