The Maryland Community Action Partnership (MCAP) will host the 2017 Human Services Conference on May 2-4, 2017, at the Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel in Towson, MD.

The Conference will bring together more than 300 Human and Social Services professionals from across Maryland, Delaware, and the District of Columbia working in programs such as CSBG, MEAP/EUSP, Weatherization, Head Start and more.
